A blend of Chardonnay and three of Champagne's forgotten ancient grape varieties: Arbane gives the wine a lively, bouquet-laden finish, Petit Meslier is generous, fresh and fruity, elegant Chardonnay gives it great aromatic power, and exotic Pinot Blanc completes the composition. The slightly sparkling (4 bar pressure) ‘petite mousse’ (shortbread) version of this wine is distinguished by its creamy mouthfeel, much sought-after by connoisseurs.
Tasting notes: From the outset, the wine is lively and airy with its chiseled nose of flowers, bergamot and ginger. On the palate, the liveliness and sharpness of the wine accompanies clear flavors that linger for a long time. Vibrant, straightforward, and stimulating, it is a wine that perfectly assumes its status as a blanc de blancs, providing a great sensation of purity and naturalness, with a beautiful, honeyed quality.
