Description
A blend of all the historical grape varieties of Champagne: Fromenteau Pinot Gris, Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Pinot blanc, forgotten and ignored vines next to Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay. From this exceptional conservatory, this avant-garde Champagne brings back to life a product of the "Age of Enlightenment", a seven-voice champagne whose unique tonality evokes what this wine was in its early days, an authentic and lively expression of diversity, drawn from a wide range of grape varieties now forgotten.
Tasting notes: The complex nose happily blurs our landmarks, fresh plum, brioche, flowers, lime and spices. Rich and ripe with a blunt power at the start, the palate then refines and stretches in length around to a pleasant freshness. A fleshy and square base, a refined and light top, a wine built like a pyramid.
