This Champagne wine was created in 1986 for the bicentenary of the house, celebrated five years later, with the aim of reviving the style of 18th-century Champagne wines. Grey tints obtained through careful maceration during pressing; light sparkle (sandy) from tirage en petite mousse (around 4 bar pressure); no dosage.
Tasting notes: A nose dominated by citrus peel, mandarin, with slightly smoky notes and exotic scents. On the palate, the wine is firm, with a very nice liveliness and an almost tannic touch. Multiple possibilities at the table.
